What is the purpose of our Pro Purchase Program?


This program is designed to connect and build relationships with professionals and influencers in the outdoor industry. It also is meant to help equip those who are active members in the industry and provide hands-on experience with the products we make. We think they're pretty great and hope you do as well.

If you qualify under our eligibility requirements, please apply here. Be sure to use your work/organizational email when applying. Please note, applying does not equate automatic approval. We do reserve the right to deny access to our pro-program if you do not meet the requirements (we are not being mean, we promise). 


Can I return anything purchased through my pro account?


Pro Program purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions about a product before you place your order, feel free to give our customer service team a call (800-233-6283) or send them an email at hunt@slumberjack.com. They love talking gear, seriously, it's their favorite thing. 


Do I have to pay for shipping?


All pro orders are charged $5.99 for orders under $49, and $9.99 for orders over $49. There is no free shipping available for pro orders. 


How long do I get these stellar deals?


You will need to reapply to the program every two years. We reserve the right to terminate membership at any time if program abuse is suspected. 


Can I buy a gift for someone else?


We are excited to hear that you are stoked on our gear and want to share the love, but this program is intended for you and you alone. Purchasing for friends and family, or for resale, is prohibited and will result in the termination of your membership. Periodically, we may offer a 'Friends & Family' promotion on specific products giving you the chance to buy for others. You can be alerted of this sale if you opt into our newsletter. 


Can I apply for the program if I work internationally?


Pro orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States. 


Are Pro orders covered under warranty?


Items purchased through the program are covered by our limited lifetime warranty. This only accounts for manufacturing defects and does not cover damages caused by natural events and general wear and tear.
